This plug-in is a mashup of Popularity Contest from Crowd Favorite (http://crowdfavorite.com/wordpress/plugins/popularity-contest/) and Bayesian Top Title Learner (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/bayesian-top-title-learner/).
