In WordPress werden die Permalinks ganz simpel auf den erlaubten ASCII-Zeichensatz heruntergebrochen: ä = a, ö = o, ü = u und ß = s.
Mit installiertem und aktivem Permalauts folgt: ä = ae, ö = oe, ü = ue und ß = ss.
