/wp-content/plugins/google-calendar-plg directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
- Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.

Sorry, but yes. WP Google Calendar Manager requires PHP5 to work correctly (so does WP 3.2+).
