This plugin is able to generate a feed to be integrated with the Google Merchant Center. Thus you need to have an account in Google Merchant Center to use this plugin.
Installing it is to create a page with your feed address like this:
http://your-site.com/product-feed
Use this address to feed your Merchant Center account.
