Smartwaiver is an online waiver solution that converts your existing paper waiver into an interactive digital document. The Smartwaiver Waiver Widget for WordPress allows you to easily add your digital waiver as a small pop-up widget on the bottom of your site so customers can complete and sign your waiver directly from your website.
All you need is a Smartwaiver account and the plugin.
In your Smartwaiver account you’ll be able to customize the look and feel of your widget to match your WordPress site.

Click on Plugins and then Add New.
Search for Smartwaiver Waiver Widget then click Install Now. Click Activate Plugin.
Login to Smartwaiver. Go to the Waiver Widget Editor. Customize the look and feel of your widget and then copy the HTML code from the box on the right of the screen.
Go back to your WordPress admin page and click on Settings > Smartwaiver. Select the page where the Waiver Widget will appear.
Now paste the HTML code, copied from Smartwaiver, into the text box and click Update Waiver Widget.
Confirm your Waiver Widget is appearing on your site's public pages.
