This plugin also allows you to enter a shortcode for a contact form or newsletter or any other shortcode, shows up in a sliding screen
The settings menu allows you to easily choose which icons you want by putting the URL of your Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube, Linkedin, Phone Number and Email pages.
