My customers are receiving an answer message that says “Something went wrong”
This message means that there is a problem with Gloria’s internal services, such as a server error or an AI API response problem.
Why the chat bubble message of my AI assistant is empty?
Check that you have created at least one conversation starter message, that your profile info is complete and you have a business description.
The answer from my AI Assistant is not what I expected on the Q&A entry
