By entering the shortcode:
[formdesk folder="" form="" ssl="" width="" height="" scrolling=""]you can include a Formdesk form to any page, article or text widget.
Required parameters:
- folder = Form's folder name
- form = Form name
- ssl = "true" or "false"
- width = Widht in pixels or % (e.g. "600px" or "100%")
- height = Height in pixels (e.g. "600px")
- scrolling = "true" or "false"
