- You must create an user with the rol: Agent
- Create a page for your Easy WP Tickets frontend and add this shortcode: [easy_wp_tickets]
- Administrator Rol: Administrate the Easy WP Tickets System
- Suscriber Rol: All the clients/costumers users must have this rol. This rol allows to create tickets as client
- **Agent Rol: Agents administrate de tickets. You can add different Agents to different subjects, depends on the subject this Agent will manage the ticket
