e-Stock Manager plugin allows you to managing remotely your products stock in all of yours e-commerces, based on WordPress and WooCommerce. After installation and completing an integration you will receive access to e-Stock Manager mobile app, where you can esaly update stock quantity, receive information about new orders check current product data.
At this moment the mobile app is available for Android only.
This solution is suitable for small retailers and for wholesale business.
After completing integration and adding your first shop in our e-Stock web platform, you will receive 14 days, free access to all functions in mobile app.
Mobile App functions & features
Product Quantity Control
With our application you can manage your product stock & inventory in a easy way. Choose in/out transaction and search or scan product barcode, then enter the value of quantity transaction and this is it. App will send the new information to your online shop and there will be actual information about product inventory right at the same moment.
Barcode
Scan a barcode to find easily product information or quickly edit a quantity. If your products don’t have a barcodes, you can add it directly from the app.
Quick Product Searching
This app gives you a product search functionality in real time. You can search by SKU, product name or by scanning barcode, as result you will receive list of product.
New Order Notify
App will inform you for each new received order. List of last orders is available at any time.
How to complete integration
- Install plugin
- Open plugin page from admin menu
- Complete e-Stock Manager account registration
- After that a new domain form will show up. Use it to add your ecommerce to our e-Stock Manager web platform register.
- Open tab for Api Integration and make sure that API key is generated and active.
- Now you will have 14 days free trial period to test our mobile app. You can download it and start to using it.

Important
- We do not use any e-commerce login data. Communication with your online shop is made by registration in e-Stock Manager web platform and API Key, which is not public information.
Our app works wit product variations also.
