How It Works

  1. Register or Enter Business ID:

    • New users click “Register & Get Business ID” to go to registration page
    • Existing users can enter their Business ID directly
    • Each user gets a unique Business ID for their business

  2. Automatic Configuration:

    • Plugin automatically fetches your business information
    • Chatbot settings are configured automatically
    • No manual setup required

  3. Chatbot Goes Live:

    • Widget appears on your website automatically
    • AI-powered responses based on your business information
    • 24/7 customer support without human intervention

Getting Started

  1. Install and activate the plugin
  2. Go to Convinex Settings
  3. If you don’t have a Business ID:
    • Click “Register & Get Business ID”
    • This redirects you to the registration page
    • Register and get your Business ID
    • Return to WordPress and enter your Business ID
  4. If you have a Business ID:
    • Click “I Have Business ID”
    • Enter your Business ID
    • Click “Verify & Save Business ID”
  5. Save settings
  6. Your chatbot is now live!

  • WordPress 5.0 or higher
  • PHP 7.4 or higher
  • A Business ID from convinex (get it free through registration)
