2) [ Fee Percentage = 10% min_fee = $20] – Percentage based fee + Set Min shipping

  • This means charge 10% of cart subtotal, a minimum of $ 20 charges will be applicable.

3) [ Fee Percentage = 10% max_fee = $20] – Percentage based fee + Set Max shipping

  • This means charge 10% of cart-subtotal greater than max_fee then a maximum $20 charge will be applicable.
