Targeter App is an extremely versatile User Targetting system. It can not only target users based on Geo-Location, but also on the basis of their login method, time spent on your site. So if you've got a user who's using twitter to log in and has spent 5 minutes on a page, TA can show him a link to retweet, or to purchase a twitter app.
