SugarCRM WordPress web-to-lead is a plugin that generates a custom contact form on your WordPress website or blog that sends the leads to your SugarCRM. The plugin has a few settings such as the campaign ID and the custom fields you require. Once set simply insert the shortcode [SUGAR-FORM] in any page or post you want the form to appear. You can also use the shortcode in your sidebar.
Sugar Contact Form is designed with some CSS but if you want the plugin to match with your website, there is a special area where you can put your own CSS.
