Recipe Key adds visual icons to your posts helping your site visitors find more of what interests them. It does this by integrating with your categories and tags. Use illustrated dietary icons, or abbreviated icons (e.g. GF for gluten free). Great for food, travel or DIY bloggers.

INSTALL FROM WITHIN WORDPRESS

  1. Visit ‘Plugins > Add New’
  2. Search for ‘Recipe Key’
  3. Activate Recipe Key from your Plugins page.
  4. See the After Activation area below.

INSTALL MANUALLY

  1. Upload the recipe-key folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the Recipe Key plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
  3. See the After Activation area below.

AFTER ACTIVATION

  1. Review how Recipe Key see’s your categories and tags under Settings > Recipe Key > Summary Tab.
  2. Go through and add/modify the categories and tags you want for your site.
  3. Add up to 4 fully customizable wordpress categories/tags.
  4. Note with this Recipe Key Free version, you are limited to Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian, Low Carb dietary icons. Add up to 19 additional categories and icons with Recipe Key Premium.
  5. You’re done!
