- Upload the all plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/

- Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

- Hide pages if they must not appear in the navigation
- Integrate categories, the visitor won’t see differences between kinds of elements (page, category etc.)
