The Multi Purpose Mail Form wordpress plugin allows you to add a custom form to your website to allow your visitors to send emails to you directly from your website or blog. The Multi Purpose Mail Form also includes an email subscription form that you can use to capture visitors' email addresses for service updates or newsletters. Just paste [mpmf] anywhere in your post or page to display the contact form or [subscribe] to display the subscription form, or [mpmfcustom id="ID"]-Message/Note-[/mpmfcustom] for custom forms. This wordpress plugin sends all data submitted via your website or blog to your email address.

How to create a custom form?
Go to your admin, under MPMF, click 'Create New Form', Enter name for new form, select form type then click 'Create Form'
How to add fields to my newly created form?
On the same screen as 'Create New Form' on the right - (also see manage forms on the left of the admin page), chooes a form to add a field to then type in the field details, select field type and sort order, then click 'Add Form Field'. Fields are added one by one
How to update Form / Field details?
Go to 'Manage Forms' under 'MPMF' on wordpress' admin menu, and choose what you want to update.
How can I delete a form or a field?
Currently, you can only delete forms with their fields by going to 'MPMF'> 'Manage Forms' / 'Preview Forms' and under 'Currently Available Forms' click 'Delete', that form will be deleted with its fields and for your fields you can only edit them by changing labels, types and values instead of deleting forms.
Where do I see my forms before I can publish them
Go to your wordpress admin page, under 'MPMF' click 'Preview Forms'. On the left hand side you will see a list of your forms and on the right hand side under 'Custom Form Form Preview' select a form to preview, then click 'Preview Selected Form'. You will see the form below a green box, ignore the block for the preview it will not be shown on your live forms it is only there to give you information on how to use the form on the current preview.
How do I use my custom forms
First look for the form name and form id of the form you want to use, you can find these by clicking on 'Manage Forms' or 'Preview Forms' under 'MPMF' on your admin side menu, your only need the 'Form Id' to use the form as follows
[mpmfcustom id="Form Id"]-Custom Message-[/mpmfcustom]
where "Form Id" is a number - the id of the form you want to use and -Custom Message- is any message or writing you want to appera above the form on your page or post.
