Adds a HTML 5 Application Cache (Cache-Manifest) to your Blog for all posts and categories. Your visitor is then able to see the whole website even he is offline. In addition you can add custom paths for caching specific layout images for example. A refresh of the manifest will automatically be called if any blog post changed, saved, deleted or created.
