Add custom contact fields to users on your wordpress site. You can add any field you want and you can display them as you wish. You can use them in a widget or on a page/post. You can even use them in a theme. If you don't have any knowledge of php there are shortcodes to use.
You can display user based on usernames or on user group eg. administrators
