Do you use Help Scout? Are you proud of your customer support? Showing highly positive ratings is a great way to bring in more customers, be more transparent, and hold yourself accountable. Satisfaction Reports from Help Scout (formerly “Happiness Reports for Help Scout”) allows you to show your customer happiness reports right on your website using WordPress shortcodes.

You can choose to show all ratings at once (Great, Okay, Not Good), or only one specific rating, in text format, or as a graph. The shortcodes give you lots of options. You can insert into your favorite pagebuilder, or just in the middle of a post. Pretty much anywhere you want to display your live-updated Satisfaction Ratings (aka Happiness Reports), you can.

This plugin requires Help Scout API Access and therefore will only work with a paid Help Scout plan.

Ratings & Reviews Experts

At Starfish Reviews we were using this plugin. But it suddenly stopped working when Help Scout shut down their 1.0 API. Andrew Munro decided not to continue development and update it for the 2.0 API. But he was happy to let us adopt it and update it.

Starfish Reviews creates awesome WordPress plugins to help you get more online reviews, display those reviews on your website, and more. We use Satisfaction Reports from Help Scout on our own website, and so wanted to ensure it was maintained into the future for everyone who wants to show off their customer support Satisfaction Ratings.
