Github trending provides a widget which shows the latest trending repositories on github.The plugin uses a custom api that keeps track of the trending repositories on github.
Using CSS
The plugin using basic list items to output the trending repositories. You can apply any custom style to the 'github-trending-style.css' file located in the plugin folder.
Caching
The plugin caches all the data retrieved from the api for 30 minutes to avoid exceeding the limit of api calls.
