Easy keyboard shortcut navigation adds javascripts to allow moving through posts on index, category and archive pages using the Pageup/Leftarrow and Pagedown/Rightarrow keys to skip to the next or previous page.
It also works to allow moving through adjacent post on single page using the Pageup/Leftarrow and Pagedown/Rightarrow keys to skip to the next or previous post.
