Debug Notifier

If WP_DEBUG=true, this plugin adds a visual style that prevents admins from forgetting that debugging is enabled. Simple, slim, handy.

For those developers who write clean code that produces no errors or warnings, it can be unclear whether debug mode is enabled or not. This plugin solves that problem by adding a visual style to the front-end and back-end (optionally) so that admins can tell at-a-glance if WP_DEBUG=true in the wp-config.php file. No more having to check the file manually.
